The North American Wind Academy, a specialist in safety and technical training, is proud to announce the launch of its GWO (Global Wind Organisation) certified training academy, offering world-class safety and technical instruction for wind energy technicians.
The academy, which was initially established in 2024 to support in-house wind company training, was created in response to the increasing requirements of the North American renewable sector.
The training academy based in Fort Worth, Texas, is now dedicated to supporting career development for all wind technicians in a range of wind services across the U.S and Canada.
The facility offers a full suite of GWO Training and refresher courses. With purpose-built training structures, equipment, and experienced instructors, the academy delivers hands-on, real-world training to prepare technicians for the demands of the renewable energy sector.
