Las altas ambiciones de energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica de estos pa\u00edses deben reforzarse con una s\u00f3lida cultura de salud y seguridad y una fuerza laboral bien capacitada.<\/p><p>La noticia no solo subraya la magnitud de la fuerza laboral necesaria, sino que tambi\u00e9n enfatiza las oportunidades para que los gobiernos locales y nacionales utilicen la expansi\u00f3n de la energ\u00eda renovable como un catalizador para la creaci\u00f3n de empleos, la capacitaci\u00f3n y la reconversi\u00f3n laboral.<\/p><h5>Demandas para 2027<\/h5><p>Para 2027, se proyecta que se requerir\u00e1n m\u00e1s de 574,000 t\u00e9cnicos para la construcci\u00f3n, instalaci\u00f3n, operaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de proyectos e\u00f3licos a nivel mundial, siguiendo la r\u00e1pida expansi\u00f3n del mercado e\u00f3lico en alta mar.
